LA SOURCE : renovated farmhouse 8 bedrooms in Samoëns

It is impossible not to fall in love with LA SOURCE. It is part of our local heritage and history and bears witness to the evolution of our village.

With an agricultural past dating back to the 19th century, it was first renovated in 2010 by passionate and talented craftsmen from all over the world who came together for this fascinating human adventure. This harmonious creation is made from eco-friendly insulation materials, with damaged wood replaced by PEFC oak, and a pellet boiler and stove for heating. In 2020, modernisation and improvement works were carried out.

LA SOURCE was once a wellness centre, as is common today, then a family home with two rental properties. Its space has been used intelligently and offers:

an independent flat of approximately 90 m² with two bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as a studio on the first floor, both of which are perfect for renting out.

The main floor consists of a large living room/kitchen with a south-facing bay window that floods the room with light and natural scenery, a TV lounge, one cabin bedroom and one bathroom with WC.
